Refund policy

We want you to feel good about trying offdays. If your order does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.

How it works

  • Reach out through our contact page within 30 days of your order date.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds cover the paid price of the product only. Shipping costs and additional units are not refunded.
  • Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers, which we may determine by email, phone number, shipping address, name, or a combination of these.
  • offdays products purchased from a third-party retailer must be refunded through that retailer and are subject to that retailer's refund and return policies.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered. Contact us and we will replace or refund them.
